Fernando Tavares has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, starting as an accountant and progressing through the ranks as a project accountant, field engineer, scheduler, estimator, superintendent, project manager and project director. Fernando has been invoiced in all phases of project management, from initial planning and budgeting, estimating and construction management, ensuring compliance with the project’s requirements and schedule.

Also, during the past years, Fernando was the project manager for the following projects: Hanscom Air Force Base, Providence Schools, One Dalton Street, Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company and D Street Hotels.

John “Jack” Kowal has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. The wide variety of projects that he has supervised have made him an invaluable resource for Tavares, LLC.

He is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from start to finish. Jack ensures timely material deliveries and maintains required work force for a timely completion.

Paula has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. The various roles that she has experienced through these years have given her an overall knowledge of all facets of construction.

She works with the superintendents in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure that costs, schedules, document controls and quality standards are met. She prepares contracts, reviews owner contracts, develops and manages submittal logs, reviews shop drawings/product data for contract adherence.

Nelson has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

Nelson is responsible to supervise total construction efforts to ensure a quality project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. He interfaces with client representatives, architects/engineers, subcontractors and vendors. Nelson coordinates work of different trades and other contractors. He ensures safety standards are upheld and holds safety meetings.

Bill has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience includes overseeing daily operations from contract management to preparing estimates, budgets and contracts makes him an asset to Tavares LLC.

He works with the superintendents to ensure that costs, schedules, document controls and quality standards are met.

Sayumi has experience in business banking and earned a master’s degree in accounting and finance. She is responsible for all accounting services ranging from accounts payable, accounts receivable and all daily financial functions. Sayumi has the skills necessary to be a valuable team member of Tavares LLC.

Lucitania has over 8 years in the financial industry.

She is responsible for weekly payroll processing, preparing certified payroll reports, union reporting and other reporting as required by project contracts.
